The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong — Local services in Hong Kong

I’m extremely disappointed with Four Seasons HK. Would give it a zero star if I could. I purchased a wedding gift for my cousin back in January, expecting they could redeem it after their wedding. I was shocked to find out the package expired on February 28th — well before they even had a chance to use it. To make matters worse, the company refused to honour it or offer any sort of solution. And who would put an expiry date for one month?? Makes no sense. I would expect better service from a hotel like this. The spa center recommended the therapist when I made an appointment the day before, then they left a card in front of the hotel room to confirm the appointment time and the name of the therapist.

However, they changed my therapist without my permission or any prior notice when I showed up for my appointment.

Can't believe that they have the policy that 100% fee would be charged as penalty if the customers don't show up for the appointment. And they can change your appointment wether you like it or not. Hope they can improve their service and employees training. In the meantime, the policy should be more fair to the customers.
