It was really a bad experience for me to live in this hotel. I am a traveller for my job and i had stayed almost all cities in Colombia in different hotels. The problem i had faced that
Booking.com provide a price for the room. But as checkin the receptionist inform me to pay 22000 pesos extra for the hotel security and the amount will not get back. The hotel is situated very near to the place of my job and due to some meeting arranged, i have no any option without accepting.
The receptionist (a lady) approach for a guest is very bad and she doesn't know how to communicate with clients. Her facial expression towards the clients are very irritating.
The hotel provide a LCD tv, but it is only for a show. The Tv is full of scratch and we cant enjoy any shows.
Bogota is a cold area, so normally no need an Air conditioning. In the room there is no any ventilations available. Midnight feels so hot and sweating.
Hotel provide a refrigerator in the room. This refrigerator produce high sound in between time and in morning full of water in the floor.
I had stayed 5 days and 4 nights in the hotel and normally in all hotel all days bedsheet and pillow cover will change. But in this hotel the same bedsheet and pillow cover use in all days.
I had paid total amount they ask on the primary day, and requested same time to provide the bill as printed copy and also a copy to my email. I had checkout on 7 April 2021 and today is 10 April 21. Upto now i didn't receive the bill. At the checkout time the receptionist told me that the accountant was leave and cant provide the bill. I DONT UNDERSTAND THAT A GUEST SHOULD LOOK FOR THE TIME OF A STAFF IN THE HOTEL.
It was my first and Last stay in the hotel. Also i would like to inform that, First day i ask to the receptionist lady that any staff in the hotel speak English. She replied no any person speak English. But she was lying, the next shift receptionist male staff speak English and very kind & Polite person.

They tell booking.com you did not show up and fully charge your creditcard even after they promise you they will not||What happened? ||We booked via booking.com On the day of arrival we simply received an automated message via booking.com stating: ‘your creditcard has been denied and therefore your reservation is not guaranteed’. No further email from the hotel, nothing. Firstly, this was odd since I paid with this card the same morning. After sending repetitive emails to the hotel we finally received an email back (in Spanish) in which it stated: due to the fact OUR payment system failed your creditcard was denied. So we tried it with a second creditcard. And again same thing happened. So we contacted the hotel. No response. Thus, the 3rd creditcard was used. This time we received (again) an automated mail from booking with the text: the changes you made with your creditcard are successful without further notice from the hotel your reservation is guaranteed. However, since we had not heard anything since we again contacted the hotel. And again, no sign of life. ||When we arrived at the hotel a very bored receptionist (not speaking any English, it is a 3 star hotel guys, please…l..) informed us they gave our room away (it was 10 pm by that time). They offered us an apartment at the other part of town (25 min by cab). But after 12 hours traveling and no communication, no apologies, no welcome, no explanation and no guarantee this would be the same standard we refused. The woman did not even blink. Like it happened more often. They promised not to charge the creditcard. However, the next day they told booking.com we did not show up (excuse me)? And would charge the...
