Perfect way to experience La Fortuna! Karla gave us exceptional service! Trying to plan the long list of activities my kids and I wanted to do in only three days, felt overwhelming to do on my own. We actually wasted a full day upon our arrival due to a lack of a solidified plan. She customized our packages so that we could do all of things on our wishlist in the limited time that we had. Ohhh my dear Carla, the most kind-hearted person I've met in Costa Rica, always wearing a smile, so patient, so sincere. I have booked with Carla the Los Lagos Resort Ziplines & Hot Spring package, and the Sarapiquí River Rafting. I had so much fun, it really made my trip unforgettable. I did 12 ziplines over the tree top, followed by the entire afternoon indulging myself in the water park and all other facilities in the resort, it was super enjoyable. The rafting is absolutely great for adventurous people who seek for excitement. And I got the best price from Carla! If I would have to rate this travel agent from 1 to 10, I will definitely say 11 out of 10. Carla and Carlos are super helpful, they are not like the other agents who are desperate for money and keep pushing hard. They tried their best to give me good advice and information about everything, and told me what activities I should do to make the most value instead of wasting my money. I recently went water rafting with the company while bringing a few friends to tour Costa Rica. I have family in the area and have been water rafting many times.

This experience, by far was the best I’ve ever had. The guides we had with us were friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. They had photographers who got amazing shots of us all. Our guides took extra time to let those new to the sport adjust. We stopped for cliff jumping in one area, and in another we stopped for fresh fruit and a swim in the river. Afterwards, lunch was delicious at a local restaurant. They even gave some of us seconds because we were so hungry.

Overall, I would indeed recommend this experience over any other. They are attentive and communicative if you have any questions or trouble with your email and photos. Very welcoming & above all, they embody the lifestyle...
