Nok Nok Restaurace Brno — Restaurant in okres Brno-město

To start, the food here and the building was absolutely amazing. I really enjoyed the burger and the beer, and the sauce that comes with the fries is GREAT! However, before coming here, I attempted to make a reservation online. I thought the request processed, but upon walking into the restaurant, a younger blonde employee informed me that I did NOT have a reservation. Even though there were many open tables, she was incredibly rude and unwelcoming to me. She reluctantly sat me down at a table, and she only checked on me to get my drink order, my food order, and to give me my bill. I understand everyone has bad days, but I felt extremely uncomfortable eating in this restaurant due to the way she interacted with me. I’ve actually never made a review before about a restaurant, but it’s important to recognize that this type of customer service can be easily improved. I am not going to give a one star even though it is deserved. Firstly, food was not good. I ordered Mushroom Tagliatelle, it came half cold (maybe cause we were a lot of people and they brought it all at once) and my pasta was CUT! You should not cut pasta into little pieces..other meal was tiger prawns. Those were not tiger prawns. And for such an expensive meal, there should be more things on the plate. And third was the burger, which was great, but the hranolky were like 3 days old. We left them. After pointing some things out to the waitress, she was annoyed by it. Then when I was going to the toilet I heard her mocking us with her colleagues about our complaint at the kitchen counter. And then later she would either forget stuff or roll eyes in front of me when we asked her something. Really...

I am sure that I will never come to this restaurant again. First of all, we waited 15 minutes to even order, the waiters going around us like they do not see us. We waited another 1hour and 15 minutes to get our food. The burgers and fries were not bad, but nothing special (mediocre). The mayo / dressing tasted strange, I tried it but that was the last time I dipped my fries in it. The waitress claimed that there was a lot of us coming at the same time (about 20) but I’d anyway expect much shorter periods to serve the food in half empty restaurant. Moreover, if they knew it will take so long, they could have give us the warning when ordering to set the expectations right. We got in the end some vouchers / discount but I anyway do not feel like coming here again. The bad experience after...
