The hotel has been recently refurbished to an incredibly high standard and it would be extremely difficult to pick one negative point for our entire stay.||The interior is stunning and each corner, wall, shelf, floor has an interesting object of times past. Staff were incredibly friendly and I doubt the location could be bettered. Turn left and your a few minutes to the town centre with shops, bars, supermarkets etc and turn right and your a few minutes from the old town, Grandhotel Pupp, springs etc. even the bus stop was a 10/15 minute walk. We were welcomed by the very friendly staff, which showed us around the hotel and recommended some places to go around town. ||The rooms are quite OK, '3-starish' with a big bathtub. The view from the room was perfect (third floor, facing the Thermal hotel).||||The only downside was, that parking on site wasn't possible, as the hotel is located in the heart of the spa zone.||||We didn't wake up in time to catch breakfast.. a big shame :( :)||||Upon check-out, we met 'our' very friendly receptionist again.
