This is a "Local" restaurant with plenty of typical dishes, high-quality and reasonably priced. The menu changes frequently if not daily. There is quite a good variety of starters, main dishes, plus some desserts. I'm posting the English and Czech language versions from today. My meal was excellent and filling, with a soup starter, plus the main dish, all for under $400 koruna. The service was prompt and friendly. I ordered drštťková polévka (tripe soup) and svíčková hovězí (braised beef in a roux sauce.) The tripe was very tender in a savory stock. The beef also was quite tender and the roux sauce divine. The roux is sweet by design with natural sugars from the ingredients.

Go here for the Míša řezy. It’s a Czech dessert that is chocolate cake, baked sweetened soft cheese (sort of like cheesecake) and chocolate ganache. This is the best Czech dessert and one of the nicest chocolate desserts I’ve ever had. Simultaneously light, moreish and chocolatey, it’s fabulous. This is the only reason it gets four stars. Unfortunately, the fried cheese was pretty bland and should have been cooked for longer because it wasn’t properly melted. However, I enjoyed the cabbage salad and potatoes a lot. This is a very casual pub/beer hall type vibe and there are several in the city if you want something laid back and affordable.

If you are a turist and lucky enough to get out from the Prague city center to Vynohrady district, accept my congratulations! Local. 1. Beer. I’m not sure but i think that the pipe goes directly from Pilsen brewery to this place. Quality is awesome. 2. Food. If you wonder what the czech food is just come here. I had “Svickova” it is very well steamed beef in flavored souse with the local steamed bread. However crisis affected “Svickova”. Back in 2018 there were 2,5 beef slices now only one left. It is still enough but could be better. 3. Service. Almost all members of stuff are polite.

Lokal Korunní is a great modern pub to have a beer and enjoy a casual night out. The atmosphere is lively and fun, and the decor is trendy and stylish. The beer selection is impressive and features a variety of local and international options. The menu is simple but delicious, featuring traditional pub fare such as burgers, sandwiches, and fries.

The only downside to the pub is the noise level, it can get quite loud, especially when it's busy. This can make it difficult to hold a conversation, but it also adds to the lively atmosphere of the pub.

The service is friendly and attentive, and the staff is knowledgeable about the beer selection and happy to make recommendations.

Overall, I highly recommend Lokal Korunní for anyone looking for a great modern pub experience. The beer selection is excellent and the menu is delicious, but be aware that it can get quite...

Apparently this place is popular because it is near impossible to get a table unless you show up before 6pm. I don't see why it is popular because the food was mediocre with average prices. The service was terrible. We were greeted by a waiter who immediately told us there were no tables and the wait would be over an hour. His colleague then told him in Czech that there was a table and he guided us to it in the worst mood. The evening followed with us being served by the extremely grumpy waiter who obviously did not like being proved wrong. Save yourself some trouble and walk 5 minutes down the street to Vinohradský Parlament Restaurant, you will not be...
