Bullerbyn — Restaurant in Prague

I recently spent an evening at Bullerbyn Bar with a group of friends, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, perfect for catching up with friends over a few drinks. The highlight of the night was the exceptional service we received from the bartender, Lukas and his team.

From the moment we walked in, Lukas made us feel we were at right place. He was not only attentive and professional but also had a warm and friendly demeanor that added to the overall experience. Lukas seemed to know exactly what we wanted, offering great drink recommendations and even crafting a few custom cocktails that were absolutely delicious.

What really stood out was his ability to manage the busy bar while still providing personalized service to each guest. It’s rare to find such a combination of efficiency and hospitality, but Lukas made it look effortless.

I used to come here a year ago very often. Now I took a friend visiting Prague, promising him an alternative cool spot - and I was very ashamed. The service was unfriendly & rude, when we asked the question, response was passive-agressive and we were very uncomfortable. At start I thought maybe we did something wrong, perhaps we were supposed to ask where we can sit but in the end - that is not an excuse for service to behave like that. When we sat there, the service got in a fight with another customer so I figured it's not just us. I don't expect service to smile or be friendly if they don't feel like doing so, but I guess if you have a bad day, you can always just shut up and take an order, bring it and leave.

I will not visit for a long time after this experience and I will not recommend either. It's a pitty, this used to be one of my favourite spots in Prague. Well, luckily there is plenty more in the same area where they will not make you feel like you are a...

Went there twice. The staff was really nice ;) They have soy milk, the beers are really good (have a bit of an iron taste to them, I love that!), cocktails are nice too.

The interior reminds me of a place in my own town, and I instantly liked it because of that. I went there twice with my dad and brother, and they both really liked the vibe of this place too.. We played some card games, they have some other games lying around, but they were in czech, so we couldn't understand them.

Oh and the bathroom is nice too, if you're on a date you can fix about anything that you need haha, they have deodorant and everything :)

Oh and what's also really good is that you get water, and it gets refilled if it gets empty. Really good to drink water next to alcoholic...
