Very nice experience. I was unaware of how I could even enter the embassy so I called the number in Google maps and I got a very quick and nice response. The respondent of the phone was very helpful. After getting inside the embassy, I could simply ask a question and the sister at the front desk was very helpful. They clearly conveyed the instructions on what to do. The sister at the photo registration was also very nice. She smiles so bright that one can feel a very positive and bright feeling. For a moment I felt like I was in Nepal and I really felt sad as I had to leave. She even wished me Happy Tihar and it was very heart touching. For the people and service I had to encounter during my passport renewal people, I would rate them a 5. I cannot say the same for people and services I didn't face. Read moreWe've been trying to contact the Nepal Embassy in Denmark for the past five days, but there has been no response. We've even called the so-called "emergency" number, yet no one answers. I'm currently living in Finland and need a stamp on my document, as required by Finnish officials. However, your unresponsive service is just as inefficient as every other Nepali government office.
In contrast, the Finnish process and government services are fast and efficient—I got everything done within two days. Unfortunately, I can never expect this level of service from Nepal or its related institutions.
