Poster & Frame — Local services in Copenhagen Municipality

I bought some frames from their website, the expected delivery is 2-7 days but it has been over 10 days and I have not received them or any details regarding the delivery (only an invoice, not even an acknowledgement of the start of delivery). I have tried contacting them via email, but didn't get any answer. They are either doing a very bad job at taking care of their orders and checking their emails or are straight up scamming me, either way this is not acceptable. Update: they apparently did not contact me because one of the products in my order my not in stock, and they thought ignoring my emails until it was back in stock would be a good option. Asking for a refund made them react though....

Such an adorable shop and the staff are so nice! The selection is so good and I loved all of the art in the shop so much. Highly recommend to come here and if you want some cuter postcards as a souvenir I highly recommend it.
