Still half a year this nightmare experience haunts me...

Don't come here! Food is not good. It is terrible. Service fails. Price far too high.

If you want to read more go on. Yesterday evening a dinner with two of my grandsons.

Ordered three pizzas: two Margaritas, one vegetarian.

Margaritas looked nice, and basically there was nothing wrong except they were tasteless. For hungry teenagers they did the job.

My vegetarian pizza was a floppy. It was tasteless, really, and practically unbaked. With vege pizzas you often run into problems with the high amount of humidity. They must be baked until the "pizza wonder" happens.

I complained, and a new pizza was promised. After more than half of an hour I got it... It was practically similar to the first one... I was hungry, and decided to consume some of it.

The waiter asked if they could reduce my bill. I said no. If they had really wanted to do that they should not have asked.

Our waitress was the only one behaving well.

When leaving I run into the guy, the "client harvester" who managed to lure us to the den. I told him I just had the worst pizza for years. He was not polite at all at a moment of escorting new victims to this highly...

Ok, so we went in because it was raining. Seeing the reviews, we were a little disappointed but had no choice.

However, we did not see anything wrong with the place. The food was great and the service excellent. Little expensive, but that's to be expected in that location. Pizza was amazing, burgers were top notch, salad fantastic, excellent French Fries. Four Euros for a jug of water was a little extravagant, however.

I understand where the negative reviews are coming from. The place is very large and it must be a nightmare working between the top floor, the cellar/downstairs, and the outdoor area. It's a large place to cover for staff, all of which are young. When events are on inside the square and there is also alcohol to be served, the staff are going to be run off their feet. I think if you can get it on a quiet time you would be pleasantly surprised.

At the same time, I think the staff could be a little more organized. We were first waiting a while at the door, then told we could sit downstairs, then had to move upstairs. Then waiting a little while for the first order.

But overall, more than happy - Food very good, prices reasonable, service...

Tourist trap. Dont go there. Find better place to eat in Tallinn. See pictures, lasagne was overbaked. Cesar salads with cheap shop sauce and without roman leaves and parmegiano. Food was terrible. Prices are to high for such shity food. You can read feedbacks here and can see that all the time here visitors give bad feedbacks. Owner, you write that you are really sorry! I see that you don't! In long term you have overall 2.9 stars! Then listen in your customers. We had some incident with candles. Candles that were placed on wall. Candles damaged my jacket with paraffin. Manager came and asked a waitress, how large is a bill? Bill was 50 eur. Then he started to tell that paraffin can be easily cleaned, that the chemical cleaner costs 15 eur. He told us that the company will pay these 15 eur. After our dispute and disobedience, we told manager to cancel the bill and went away. Jacket was more worth than 50 eur and the food self-cost was less than 15 eur. You can calculate our benefits and losses. That is the attitude to customers of the owners and its not...
