My 10 year old bought a nerf gun here but when he opened it the gun was faulty. We went back the next morning looking to exchange it but they insisted nothing was wrong with it. We explained in detail that my son has several of those and this was the only one he didn’t have so we knew what a faulty item looked like. They said if they exchanged it they wouldn’t be able to sell the faulty one and then they said they couldn’t speak English even though everything was communicated in English. I used google translate to explain but the owner wasn’t interested and her attitude really stank! I wouldn’t even give one star even there...

J’ai appelé 5 fois pour savoir si un jouet tant recherché était disponible dans leur magasin. C’était une semaine avant Noël. Chaque jour la personne qui répondait au téléphone (toujours la même par ailleurs) me promettait d’aller voir en rayon et de me rappeler. Pendant 5 jours j’ai appelé deux fois par jour, elle ne m’a jamais rappelé malgré mon insistence et riait avec des autres employées lorsque j’appelais. Au final. J’ai appelé le Joué de Club de Nice (voir mon autre avis sur ce magasin) ou j’étais comme toujours très bien reçu, ils m’ont mis le jouet en question de côté et je suis passée le prendre le lendemain. Le joué club de Cannes n’est vraiment pas sympathique ni compétent et ne fait rien pour vous faciliter là tâche.
