Probably have been discriminated against, I feel very bad. I bought sandals this afternoon and asked for a new product, but I showed them a little bit and brought them in, so I didn't come out for a long time. And when I came out, I asked if the product was clean, and I answered yes, and I didn't see it because I took care of the staff, and I said I didn't need a box, and when I opened it, I asked for a dust bag, and it felt like I was rolling up something that didn't fit, but it was different in color from Korea. When I said it, I thought I said there was no blue color. Then I opened it in the dormitory and was shocked... Oh my god, shoes are defective, contaminated, and dust bags feel like they've just given me old trash. How can a luxury store employee sell it by deceiving his eyes as if he were doing business in a general market? The Prada staff is very disappointed... I'm buying it with trust in brand value, but it's ridiculous to deceive and sell it like this...
Read moreAprès avoir emmené une paire en sav, le responsable qui nous a reçu ne nous a plus donné signe de vie. Obligé de le recontacter à plusieurs reprises afin d’avoir la réponse qu’il avait reçu mais n’avait pas pris le soin de nous en informer. Au final, un avoir a été délivré, je souhaitais reprendre la même paire qui n’était plus disponible en ma taille car la production avait été arrêtée. Le siège a donné son accord pour un remboursement afin que je l’achète chez un revendeur mais lui a refusé ( plus soucieux de l’impact que ce remboursement aurait sur son chiffre d’affaires que de la satisfaction de bons clients ). Je l’ai ensuite recontacté à de multiples reprises afin d’avoir une autre taille disponible pour ce modèle il y a 2 semaines. Il m’a assuré qu’il me recontacterait très vite mais aucun retour depuis. C’est à se demander comment ce genre de personnes peuvent se retrouver à des postes de responsable dans de telles enseignes. J’espère qu’une solution sera vite trouvée afin que la direction du point de vente sur place évolue en mettant une personne un peu plus clémente et surtout...
