HORRIBLE. I was going to buy a perfume, sol de janeiro 48 which is a pretty new perfume and when i saw it was on sale at this store i immediatly put it in my bag even though there were no testers i still wanted it. We went to the register and i was so exited to try the perfume and when we were going to pay for the perfume and a few other things the cashier just put the perfume aside and said âyou cant buy thisâ and we asked her why? she answered us with â because it is a new product and you cant buy it until next weekâ and i dont live here so i wont be here next week. Then she just walked upstairs and put the perfume back on display like it was for sale and then she just expected us to buy the other things we had in our bag. We asked to speak to a supervisor and she just pointed to herself and said âme i am the supervisorâ And that was pretty much the end of it we just walked out to another sephora and that sephora had way better service than this HORRIBLE store. ArrivĂ© Ă 19h22, soit huit minutes avant la fermeture (affichĂ©e Ă 19h30), j'ai trouvĂ© les portes dĂ©jĂ fermĂ©es. MalgrĂ© mes tentatives de signalement au vigile que le magasin Ă©tait encore censĂ© ĂȘtre ouvert, celui-ci a refusĂ© de me laisser entrer, allant mĂȘme jusqu'Ă sortir brusquement pour m'interdire de photographier les horaires affichĂ©s.
Suite Ă une discussion houleuse avec le personnel, une vendeuse a fini par me laisser entrer aprĂšs avoir vĂ©rifiĂ© dâune façon assez brusque si je savais exactement ce que je voulais acheter.
Cependant, une fois Ă l'intĂ©rieur, j'ai Ă©tĂ© confrontĂ© Ă un personnel visiblement mĂ©content de ma prĂ©sence, manifestant une attitude non professionnelle et non commerçante, malgrĂ© mon empressement pour chercher le produit dĂ©sirĂ© et me diriger vers la caisse (jâai Ă©tĂ© bien Ă©duquĂ© contrairement Ă certaines personnes).
à la caisse, la situation a empiré lorsque j'ai mentionné vouloir payer en liquide par erreur, ce qui a déclenché une réaction disproportionnée de la part de la caissiÚre, exaspérée de devoir recalculer sa caisse. heure de ma sortie du magasin : 19h25.
