I went shopping Sunday October 15. There was a REALLY KIND AND SWEET young lady at the cash register who was helping me when, she made a mistake and called for help.
Unfortunately, her coworker who was supposed to help her, treated her instead like she was the most stupidest person on earth !!! right in front of the customer, me!!!!
Told her that after a week of being employed there, she should know certain procedures, I repeat, after a week. The mistake had an impact on the future inventory.
She made the young new lady so nervous that she started to stutter. I was shocked by her lack of customer service and soft skills towards her coworkers, especially with a brand new employee.
I too, work for a major department store and deal with clients and coworkers every single day but I would NEVER EVER treat anybody the she did!!! and even less, in front of a customer!!! I hope she’s not in any management position because if she is, I wonder what are the skills and prerequisites Zara bases on???
I love Zara and I’m a good customer there and I’ve always found its employees quite KIND, HELPFUL and PROFESSIONAL, as it should be when when working in the retail industry.

I just asked the simple question about my items and been suspect about not paying for them.
