I didnât have the best experience at this store. When I entered, I had a few things in mind that I wanted to check out for purchase. I saw a limited number of supplies on the first floor so I went to follow a couple of other customers up the stairs to the second floor to see what other products this location had. Before I even reached the staircase, a sales associate called for me and asked me what I was looking for. I shared my list with her. She said she would go upstairs, look for the products and bring them down to me. When I asked if I could go upstairs like the other customers to look through the clothes, she told me no and that I just needed to show her what I wanted to look at and she would bring it to me. More customers came in and they went up the stairs without other associates stopping them, so I tried to follow but again, the SA had told me that I canât go upstairs and that sheâd bring me anything I wanted to look at. Surely the experience didnât make me feel great. It felt like they were treating me like I was going to steal something if they didnât keep their eyes on me the whole time. I requested to try on a small size sweater which is usually my size. He insisted that I would fit in medium â unless i plan to lose weight â then I should get the small. Avoid this guy at all cost especially if you are a woman. He is very rude and very sarcastic and it seems natural for him. For a man, at 5â8 and weighing 145 , I donât have to lose weight. I never let peopleâs negative comments affect me so i just proceeded to shop. But looking back now, I should have left and not purchased anything. Having bought several AMI apparel for the past three years, never again would I purchase another one. However, they still won't let me in after 2 customers have left the store. Tried to talk to the security at the door. He simply just stared at me and said "I am French, no English". I was in the store later and requested to talk to the manager to make conplaint as I am very disappointed about their customer service.
