We bought our engagement and wedding bands here, beautiful experience with our engagement ring but the experience for wedding bands were beyond disappointing. We ordered the rings three month prior to our wedding date, tried to contact after approximately 2 months to get an ETA via email and social media, little to no response, my brother-in-law called as he was travelling to our wedding and offered to bring them to us, they shop assistant said she would see if they were ready and call hm back but never called back. We eventually receive an event approximately a month later with apologies for the delay but there was an issue with their factory. This email was send the day after our wedding, with no acknowledgement of the lack of response. Our rings were then rejected at customs and sent back to France as the paperwork was completed in correctly. After a second attempt to send them to us, JEM did not include our apartment number so again they could not be delivered. Its almost a month since our wedding, and we still don't have our wedding bands. ...

J'ai la chance d'avoir 2 bijoux de chez JEM et j'en suis très satisfaite ! Je me suis offert une paire de boucles d'oreilles au printemps dernier, de petits anneaux discrets et élégants, ils ne me quittent plus et apportent une touche de lumière à mon visage. J'avais également eu un coup de cœur pour la bague Octogone triple depuis quelques années et mon mari me l'a offerte pour mes 40 ans, elle est sublime ! Je la porte à la main droite au majeur, elle apporte beaucoup à elle seule (je porte mon alliance et mon solitaire à la main gauche et ne souhaitais pas avoir de bague "en compétition" et ça fonctionne parfaitement). Son esthétique à la fois épurée et graphique habille merveilleusement ma main, j'aime le fait qu'elle puisse être portée de différentes façons suivant comment on la tourne, et j'adore comment elle renvoie la lumière avec ses facettes. C'est un bijou dont je ne me laisserai pas et qui reste intemporel malgré son originalité, je suis ravie ! De plus le service client est vraiment à la hauteur du bijou ! J'avais commandé une taille trop petite (mes doigts gonflent en été et je l'avais commandé en l'essayant au printemps en boutique à Paris dans une autre couleur et elle avait été fabriquée suite à ma commande). J'ai eu la chance que la taille du dessus soit disponible en stock et donc j'ai pu procéder à l'échange le lendemain dans la même journée donc cela s'est déroulé sans frustration d'attente supplémentaire. Avec une taille supplémentaire c'est parfait pour le doigt où je souhaitais la porter ! Merci infiniment à Grégory pour sa réactivité et le service très agréable. Je recommande cette marque vivement tant pour ses engagement que son esthétique unique et la qualité...
