Words cannot describe how much I loved this apartment. This place was the literal embodiment of what I would want my Parisian apartment to be. The decor was gorgeous - I love a boho vibe. The amenities were plentiful - lots of linens, functional A/c in every room, lots of glasses, great soaps and more. The neighborhood was awesome - literally a 5 minute walk to the Metro and there are lots of bistros in the area - or if you had a late night, there is fast food around the corner. But the best part of this place is the service. Patricia is the best host I have ever worked with hands down. In fact, she has set the bar so high, I am spoiled by this experience. From the start, she was super friendly and responsive. She was proactive in reaching out and also provided great recommendations. And she even provided a couple of videos to help make the check in process smooth as well as one for the washer/dryer combo - which was a lifesaver in a 2 week European vacation. This is a...

I HAVE MADE AN ADDITIONAL COMPLAINT TO THE FRENCH BUSINESS BUREAU IN HOPES THAT THEY WILL HELP. AND BY THE WAY, I HAVE NOT BEEN BANNED FROM ANYTHING. I WILL GO EVERYWHERE POSSIBLE TO INFORM PEOPLE OF THE DISREPUTABLE COMPANY YOU ARE!!!!

THIS IS THE TRUTH!!! BUYER BEWARE. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. THEY MISLED US WITH AN AIR BNB STATING THAT THE UNIT HAD 2.5 BATHS. WHAT THEY DID NOT SAY WAS THAT THERE WAS ONLY 1 TOILET, DESPITE ADVERTISING 2.5 BATHS. WE CONTACTED THEM FOR CANCELLATION AS IT WAS FALSE ADVERTISING. I had an amazing experience renting an apartment in the Marais through Come in Host. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. They were incredibly responsive—every question I had (and I had plenty!) was answered quickly and thoroughly.

What really stood out was their attention to detail. The apartment was spotless, beautifully set up, and exactly as described. They even provided helpful local tips that made my stay even more enjoyable.

The team was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. They were also super flexible about letting me drop off my luggage before check-in, which made my arrival in Paris so much easier.
