A Memorable Culinary Journey at La Pause Libanaise
Last night, we had an unforgettable dining experience at La Pause Libanaise in Paris! From the moment we walked in, Eli welcomed us with a warm smile that set the tone for the evening. As a party of three passionate about Lebanese cuisine, we were excited but unsure where to begin our culinary adventure.
Eli, with his charismatic personality and sense of humor, made us feel right at home. He surprised us with a delightful wine tasting featuring Lebanese wines, which we had never tried before. It was the perfect start to our evening, and we appreciated his thoughtful recommendation.
We decided to go with appetizers and family-style sharing, and Eli truly outdid himself! He brought us an incredible array of dishes, each more delicious than the last. The flavors were vibrant, and the presentation was beautiful. It felt like a feast filled with love and authenticity, and we couldn't get enough!
Every bite took us deeper into the rich culinary traditions of Lebanon, and we found ourselves savoring the experience even more with each passing dish.
Overall, our time at La Pause Libanaise was nothing short of spectacular. We left with full bellies and happy hearts, already planning our return before heading back home. If you’re in Paris and craving Lebanese food, I highly recommend...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at La Pause Libanaise in Paris and was blown away by the incredible food and atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home.
The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, with traditional Lebanese accents and a cozy, intimate ambiance. We were seated at a cozy table and started off with an array of delicious mezze, including hummus, baba ghanoush, and falafel. Each dish was bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked.
For our main course, we opted for the mixed meat plate and the falafel plate. The mixed meat was a delicious combination of chickenand beef, all cooked to perfection. The falafel was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and paired perfectly with the garlic sauce that accompanied it.
Overall, we had an amazing experience at La Pause Libanaise and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic, delicious Lebanese food in Paris. The service was top-notch and the food was truly exceptional. We can't wait to come back and try even more of their delicious...
Read moreDisappointing visit as I was looking forward to this "amazing" Lebanese restaurant after seeing 4.7 stars on Google. I booked a table for 9pm and was out in 30 minutes, I've spent longer in Macdonald's! Ordered chicken wings and hummus for starter, was told that I'll get hummus with the main so no need to have it for starter, there must be a shortage of hummus or they're rationing the customers. Shortly after ordering, the chicken wings arrived, not hot and a bit dry, obviously pre-cooked. About a minute after my plate was taken away the main course of chicken shawarma arrived, again not very warm and the chicken was dry - pre-cooked and sitting in warm plates in the kitchen I'm sure. Small portion of hummus was here but the flatbread was delivered in an unappetising plastic bag and was cold and stale. The food wasn't too bad, just not as good as I'd hoped. I don't think the food is cooked to order here. This is just a fast food...
