Very kind and patient employees who took the time to work with me (as an American tourist!) on a major lens purchase during my trip to Paris in May. They treated me like any other valued customer, and I found their pricing to be fair and transparent. They were remarkably patient as we communicated via a translator app on my phone, and I am grateful for their amazing customer service in-store! Unfortunately, since my purchase, they have not responded to any of my follow-up emails regarding the VAT refund process - something they specifically asked me to contact them about when I returned home. J'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience chez "images photo" au point que j'avais peur de récupérer le matériel que j'avais confié en réparation. Lorsqu'il s'agit d'acheter ou de payer une facture, le personnel est bienveillant, attentionné et sympathique. Par contre, s'il y a un problème sur un objet acheté dans ce magasin meme, là le ton change. Le client n'a pas le droit de demander des explications sur le pourquoi l'appareil ne fonctionne plus correctement. Il faut accepter que le dysfonctionnement ne rentre pas dans le cadre de la garantie ! Je me souviendrai longtemps le ton sur lequel on m'a rappelé que cette maison existait depuis 80 ans et que Flavie était quelqu'un de formidable et que donc que je n'avais pas à lui poser des questions. Les questions que je posais étaient pour comprendre, mais je sentais que je l'agaçais. Je n'aurai jamais du lui faire remarquer : à ce moment là, je me suis fait hurler dessus par une femme qui je pense est la responsable de cette boutique. Bref, je ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds dans ce lieu. Le client n'est pas roi...
