It was all a fairytale ! And this fairytale started with Oxana ā¦and nerver ended! She is the the kindest person in the world. I feel so lucky that I got the chance to meet her at a random visit to the store one year ago and have her as my SA. She made me love Paris even more, for all of my returnings. Chanel has a system that allows SAās to sell from a distance, pretty much this was my relationship with the CC stores over the world, ( no CC store in my country) before meeting this wonderful lady. She made me visit Paris filled with excitement, every other month and I couldnāt be happier. She knows the brand extremely well , is dedicated to her job, and does it with all her heart! Oxana has an eye ⦠that she can tell immediately whatās your style , what pieces you will love or not. Nervertheless, she went up and beyond to try to reserve the pieces that she considered I would like and also to get them in right sizes from all over the world . Professionaly wise, for sure she is one of the best, ever! But more than that, she is so so nice, has a sweet voice, always honest , helpfull, and will give you the best advice. Through her, I also got the chance to meet some of the top managers .Sorry if I donāt remember all the names ( Cecile and Celine, Patrick and Quentin) . I would like to send all my appreciation to all of them, especially to Celine and Cecile, whom I got the chance to know a little bit better- two amazing, mesmerising ladies that handle the brand of CC and always succeed in bringing those central stores at the top of the Parisian shopping experience. They are both wonderful, words are not ehough to describe this kind of top professionals, and I could never thank them enough for making everything possible, a true fairytale! Also, to the seamstresses team ( best seamstresses in the world that will make everything fit you to perfection) Dear ladies, if youād like to feel like Princesses, donāt hesitate to visit the CC stores on Av. Montaigne, both 51 and 42 ! For myself, all the CC team definetly managed to do so! They made feel like HOME, although I was a stranger in the heart of Paris⦠All the momories that I have there, the kind of tight relationships that I never thought to be possible , are undoubtably forming the best feelings in the world! Actually, all of the CC team together with my husband ( they needed this type of complicity between them to manage to bring to life all the wonderful surprises) literally made me feel like the luckiest girl in the world! The stores are amazing, both architectural and design wise. They have a lot of stock ! Yes, sometimes it can get busy, but if you try to arrive at the opening hours , you wonāt feel the rush of everybody trying to get in! If you are a fashion lover, please take your time and live your Chanel experience to the fullest by visiting the Av. Montaigne CC stores! Congratulation are in order to the entire CC team for making us ladies feel so incredibly cherished and for always meeting our love for high -end fashion.

One remarkable aspect of the boutique is how they handle customer flow. Unlike many luxury stores that make customers wait outside in the heat, Chanel takes your name upon entering the store and provides a comfortable, air-conditioned space to wait. When it's your turn, a receptionist promptly comes to assist you. It's worth noting that this receptionist has to manage numerous customers, so I'd recommend staying close to her to ensure a smooth transition when it's your turn. My husband and I followed this advice and were pleasantly surprised.
We were informed of a two-hour wait, during which we explored the store at our leisure and positioned ourselves near the receptionist. We observed her crossing out names of customers she couldn't locate, which gave us an advantage, and we only waited for about 30 minutes.
When Cecilia, our dedicated salesperson, approached us, she did so with the warmest and most genuine smile. I showed her my jewelry wishlist on my phone, and she promptly gathered similar designs and graciously helped me try them on. We then moved to a quieter area in the store, providing a more intimate shopping experience.
Over the two hours of Cecilia's service, she continuously went above and beyond. She offered us water, juice, coffee, and biscuits, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. I was also looking for a handbag to fit my large iPhone 14 Pro Max, and Cecilia patiently presented three options for me to try. Ultimately, I found the perfect solution with the O-Porte Tel A Chaine that fit my phone perfectly.
As I concluded my shopping, Cecilia took the time to explain the tax refund process at the airport, demonstrating a commitment to service excellence that is rarely found elsewhere. This experience reaffirmed my love for Chanel.

I said I was just browsing but she still found me a couple minutes later and asked if I wanted to see anything, like a flap bag -- I mean, how can you say no? They have tons of merchandise always behind the counter and hidden away, so I followed her to try on some flap bags. The cabinet door she opened to grab the bags must have had about 30 different flap bags in it, and the same for the boy bags. All different sizes, hardware colors (and they were ONLY in black, mind you). And these were just the ones for trying on, obviously they would always bring you one from the bag at the time of purchase. I couldn't resist and ended up getting the medium classic flap bag.
It started pouring/thunderstorming/hailing later, and we came back to ask for a plastic bag for the shopping bag. They couldn't get to them because they were having some sort of leakage issue in the back. The associates were incredibly stressed out and about 10-15 of them were extremely unhelpful and just standing around. Another woman, however, who must have been a manager approached us and offered us cloth bags for our shopping AND personal bags. She insisted that we stay until the rain let up, stayed and chatted with us, and even went in the back and found another umbrella for us. I also watched several high value clients come down and have cars called for them while about 4-5 people doted on them figuring out how they could help them avoid the rain (one associate came down and actually just gave one of these customers black flats so she didn't have to go outside in her expensive heels). Now that is customer service. We also saw several Chanel associates escort clients back and forth from the two Chanel stores across the streets, getting absolutely soaked while trying to keep their clients as dry as...
