I visited this boutique on more than one occasion during my most recent trip to Paris and felt compelled to write a review. From the moment the host, Amir welcomed my family and I in to the boutique, we felt like nothing was too much trouble. We were shopping with our young baby and he made an effort to interact with him which put us at ease during our wait for a sales advisor to become available. The sales assistants Xing bin and Giuseppe were beyond helpful in helping me to look for the items I wanted and suggested alternatives too. There was no pressure to buy yet a much welcomed second opinion when asked for advice. I had a very enjoyable experience at the Loro Piana boutique on Avenue Montaigne and look forward to visiting again in the near future. Thank you again for your kind help...
Read moreI visited the Loro Piana store this morning during a strong rainstorm, and I was extremely disappointed by my experience. Despite the inclement weather, the staff refused to let us in and insisted that customers queue outside in the rain. It was frustrating to see other customers coming out while we were left waiting.
As a luxury brand, Loro Piana should prioritize not only quality goods but also exceptional customer service. We pay a premium not just for the products but for the overall experience, and this was far from what I expected. Yesterday we visited the store around 4 in the afternoon. My wife wanted to try a pair of shoes and was struggling while fitting. I asked the sales rep for a shoe-spoon. She responded with "we have one but it's laying in the second floor, so, I'm sorry". Then she looked away and let my wife struggling further while trying to get into the shoes. We were catched by surprise and quietly left the store. She clearly didn't care.
Happy that other Loro Piane stores have proven me with a better customer experience. Loro Piana is one of my favorite brands and I'm a big fan of their jackets. Sadly this wasn't my first bad experience at this location, so from now we better...
