I’ve been coming here for years because I like the fact that there’s an employee here and they offer a paid service for changing the laundry from wash to dry. There are two gentlemen who run this establishment and one (tall and slim with glasses) is very kind and pleasant. The other however …… beware. He has always been disagreeable, doesn’t say hello and is often curt, but today really takes the cake. He yelled at me for 10 full minutes, aghast at my request for this paid service that is clearly listed on the price board as something offered by the establishment, insisting that he was not my “maid” and would throw my clothes on the ground if I didn’t come back on time! I left in tears after this experience and will not be going back when that person is working. DROP OFF LAUNDRY SERVICE!!! You can bring the guys there your laundry and they will wash, dry and fold it for you. 3.70 Euro per kg was the price when I went today.

They did a great job and were very friendly.

They do not speak a word of English but were perfectly happy to read what I wrote out on google translate. They have a sheet in English that explains their services.

It is definitely worth they money - you don't waist 2 hours or more of your time in Paris doing laundry. It is waaaaay cheaper than the hotel - where they wanted to charge me 12 Euro per article of clothing!

Nice folks, great location, good price and the worst job I’ve ever seen. I’ve never seen clothes this wrinkled. Ever. I think they dried the clothes on hot then left them in the dryer for a few hours and did a sloppy fold job. I mean they are clean but I wouldn’t wear them to bed. So now I get to go do laundry. Ok. Two days later. The wrinkles will not come out even after a rewash. How could they ruin 8 shirts so easily and completely? I can’t fathom. These are the synthetic no wrinkle shirts.
