Truly excellent. What an incredible way to enjoy an amazing city. From the very beginning of the experience, when Captain Clement welcomed us aboard his exquisite vintage cruiser to the very end, this was an unforgettable journey through Paris.

The boat is a beautifully maintained vintage cruiser, reminiscent of another more gracious age.

We were welcomed aboard with a bottle of Roederer champagne, fresh berries, and other small bites. Captain Clement was so warm and hospitable, he helped our 9 year old daughter feel so at ease.

Once we were on our way, his remarkable knowledge of Paris and her history coupled with his easygoing manner made for a great ride - the champagne helped as well.

The weather was great. The tour was well thought out and managed. Organization was outstanding. Response and communication, again, truly top notch.

We were from North America, and I highly recommend this experience to anyone traveling to Paris from this continent. Perfect English. Amazing knowledge of Paris. This was my wife's and my 9 year old daughter's first ever visit to Paris, and Captain Clement took great care to make it an unforgettable experience for them. He was so kind.

I cannot say enough about how great this tour was for my family. We are very grateful, and will remember always.

Sadly I believe this to be a white glove coordinated scam. I am following up with Amex and will follow up in small claims court to try to prevent this happening to others. The company alleged my tour was today (for which they only contacted me at 7pm - by the way they were incredibly nice) when the WhatsApp confirmation provided shows the tour booked for tomorrow. The company alleged I did two separate bookings with two tour operators (a second operator who they coincidentally know). I believe this is coordinated. All the confirmations provided point to the tour taking place on April 17. The company alleged they sent me emails stating April 16 (which I never received). Now interestingly enough: the most expensive tour was today and they contacted me at the exact time the cancellation window for the “second tour” expired. I booked and paid for the more expensive tour on January 23. On January 26 I received a very friendly message from the “private boat tour you booked” who has all my correct information. Allegedly that was the second tour operator. the payment for the second tour only triggered today (coincidentally at exact time I found out I “missed my tour today” and too late to cancel). Make yourself a favor and book a Seine boat tour by your hotel concierge (not from cute pictures...

What a marvelous experience! Clement was a fantastic captain and host. The whole experience was perfect. Delicious snacks and high quality wine. The boat, the Corto, is no doubt the most beautiful vessel traversing the Seine, and the experience… a private luxury boat amidst the other massive, packed tour boats… was truly, truly special. Even with a sprinkle of rain, we had a clear umbrella that provided coverage and visibility (though we could’ve gone into the luxurious windowed cabin, but it wasn’t necessary). Would...
