Mad Golf — Local services in Paris

DO NOT GO. We have just been to the venue this evening we booked for 6PM golf slot earlier today ahead of our dinner reservation, we arrived at mad golf at 5.55PM checked in and was told by the woman with long brunette hair that we would have to wait to go on the course. When we asked how long, she said she couldn’t tell us, looking around the reception area we could see it was packed with +30people also seemingly waiting. After waiting 30mins with no update we went back to the desk to ask how much longer the wait would be explaining we had a dinner reservation - we were advised that it would be a further 20-25mins making our total wait nearly 1hr from our booked slot!! We said we couldn’t wait that long and as such asked for a refund to which she told us that they do not offer refunds?!?! So we essentially paid €32 to wait in their reception are and not play golf. The service in general was shocking and the location is right next to a red light district. To add it’s also my birthday today so this was thoroughly disappointing experience. I advise all to AVOID...

As someone who isn’t from Paris, I felt like this place was a scam 😭 The price they charge for one course doesn’t seem worth it at all for 8 holes. The 9th hole being the one where you essentially return the ball. The place has potential and the decorations, lighting and the course (albeit) 8 holes, was really good in the 90’s course.

If it’s just the two of you on a date, and it’s not super busy, you’ll finish the course in 15 minutes. It’s so short, we didn’t bother buying any drinks.

If they make the price the same but offer both courses, then I’d say it’s worth it. Otherwise, play mini golf...

Not great tbh. Booked and noticed within the hour there was an issue with the booking, contacted mad golf by email pretty swiftly but their tight greedy policies meant we couldn’t change the error. Not everyone is pulling a fast one, refund policies should be in place but omg get a grip we was not asking for a refund just clicked the wrong date for a week later then it should of been, plenty of notice, the management can’t be bothered to put it right it seems and left us out of pocket & not able to visit during our holiday. Reading other reviews it would seem they run a pretty tight...
