Merci Maman — Local services in Paris

My mother and I went to the atelier in Paris to order an engraved charm for myself and to get a new bracelet and charms for her. We were greeted very warmly by one of the employees, whom took time to let us look at the catalog and took our order at the atelier. The ordering process was quick and easy, and we are thrilled with the quality of the engraving and the jewelry that we received within the hour. What really impressed me was that, while waiting, my baby became hungry and they were very sweet about letting me breastfeed and change her while we waited for everything to be finished. Merci Maman, indeed! I will be giving them more business in the future thanks to this wonderful experience. Thank you to the team for everything...

I cant say enough good things about Merci Maman. From the first contact with their customer service requesting some details about a charm, to helping with a delayed delivery, and of course their super nice high quality products, everything was great with them.

Замовила набір для сімʼї друзів в честь народження донечки. Два браслети в золоті і підвіска. Один браслет прийшов срібний, всі коробки за які я платила окремо потерті. Пакування посилки жахливе, точніше ніяке, всі коробки кинули в картонний конверт, всі подарункові пакети брудні та помʼяті.

Запропонували мені заміну зробити, але я оплачую доставку, клас, такого сервісу я не очікувала. На наступний емейл вже не відповідають, хоча я зазначила що часу обмаль. Вибачте але середній чек в 150€ це не ваш рівень обслуговування.
