Nouille Vivante — Restaurant in Paris

My girlfriend and I just happened to stumble upon this great Chinese restaurant and we are glad we did!  We were visiting Paris and were planning to go to the Japanese restaurant next door but we were in a time crunch and there was a wait.  We thought the pictures of the food next door looked good so we decided to give it a try.

We ordered a cucumber appetizer, my girlfriend had the grilled chicken and rice and I had the chicken noodle soup.  Everything was delicious! The cucumber appetizer was very refreshing and tasty. After reading all the positive reviews I decided to give it a try but I really wasn’t impressed. The raviolis were soggy and bland. The soup was average, the beef was tender but tasteless and the broth just felt like salty-water. The noodles were the nice part with good texture. There are way better noodles places around. Service is standard, not rude not nice, just standard....

I came to opera with friends to go get some ramen. At all the places i wanted to go to, there was a 45 minute wait, then we saw they were making fresh noodles here...
