The employee here was so terrible, we just left the store in less than 2 minutes. It started as soon as we entered and she asked us rudely to close the door behind us (somehow it won’t close automatically). We brushed it off thinking nothing of it. Approached her to ask a question and she snapped at one of my buddy not to touch any packs or chocolate seating in packaging. We didn’t know it was a museum to look at, and nothing was to be touched. Understand chocolate sculptures should not be touched but the product we want to buy? If you don’t want to provide info or let us find it on our own, guess what, Alain Ducasse Chocolates were few blocks away and got 300 euro business that would have been gone to this store. Sad reality is that as a chocolate fans, we were looking forward to try Patrick Roger Chocolates on this visit to Paris. Now, they have lost a customer for life.
