Disappointed and frustrated with my recent purchase experience. I bought a cardigan in-store while in a rush and asked the staff if I could return itâshe said yes, within 30 days, but didnât mention it had to be returned at the main store. When I returned to the same location, I was told returns werenât accepted there. At the main store, I was then informed I could only get store credit, not a cash refund!!!! Iâm furious this wasnât made clear when I specifically asked about the return policy. Also I later found out I couldâve returned it at any store, which made the entire process unnecessarily frustrating. The lack of clear, consistent information from staff was unprofessional and wasted my time. Itâs also strange that online purchases qualify for cash refunds, yet in-store returns donâtâeven though I came back within a week. I canât get even 1 euro cash back. I hope the brand takes this as feedback to better train staff on clearly communicating return policies, especially when customers ask directly.    Read moreI had a lovely experience at this shop in May. We were coincidentally in Paris for a day, and in Le Marais by coincidence, and I had my eye on a dress... The interior was very girly but pared back and the racks have the majority of in-season Rouje pieces on them. Basically you pick the pieces and the sales assistants go and grab your size for you to try on.I found the two girls in the store to be charming, witty, and very helpful- even asking if I wanted to try on heels with the (Gabin) dress I was already in love with (this even though we arrived on the verge of them probably closing for lunch. Everything was packaged up lovingly and I was very happy to have spent my time here, they also managed to attach my purchase to my online account which was helpful!
It makes me sad to see the negative reviews here. I suppose all I can say is don't expect OTT American service outside America, since it isn't a culturally common thing elsewhere.
