Contrairement aux commentaires prĂ©cĂ©dents, j’ai eu un accueil chaleureux et agrĂ©able. AprĂšs m’avoir remis mon cadeau dans un petit sac que j’ai prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© ne pas prendre car pas nĂ©cessaire, une autre conseillĂšre est venue me proposer des Ă©chantillons de parfums. J’ai juste demandĂ© un seul Ă©chantillon et elle m’a proposĂ© de me parfumer pour la journĂ©e. J’y suis entrĂ©e juste trop Ă©puisĂ©e mais j’en ressors toute contente et requinquĂ©e parce que mine de rien, les rapports humains contribuent Ă  notre humeur. Je conseille cette boutique sans hĂ©siter. Si l’accueil Ă©tait mauvais avant, je peux vous assurer que ça a beaucoup Ă©voluĂ©, en tout cas de mon expĂ©rience oui.

All of the ladies that work here are extremely rude, refused to speak English, and flat out refused to answer simple questions even when we tried to speak in French to them. Disgusting behavior and the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. We put everything back that we wanted to buy because we were so upset and disturbed by their aggressive, unfriendly, and horrible attitudes. Why have a job if you don't...

Very poor customer service. I had someone helping me try try different foundations. I had a question about another product I wanted to buy and another lady interupted us and the worker left with the other customer and left me with 2 different makeups on my face and didnt come back. I bought my makeup and left. The cashiers listened to my complaints but I was too offended to buy...

Poor customer service. One lady, a bit short with average body was too rude. Despite that I needed many products from them, I had to leave without buying, it's like she was forced to work on that day. 60% of everything I wanted was out of stock and the lady didn't even know how to help further, rather than just saying what you see on the shelf is what is available and turned...
