At this price point for a simple coffee, you naturally expect a very different kind of service experience. Unfortunately, what I encountered was quite the opposite. When you sit down and pay a premium, it’s not just about the drink itself, you expect attention, warmth, and a sense that the staff genuinely care about your presence. Instead, the atmosphere felt cold, and the service lacked any real hospitality.

Just across the street, there’s a small neighborhood café. It doesn’t have the same level of décor, the expensive furniture, or the polished image. Their budget is clearly nowhere near what this establishment must be working with. But despite all that, the experience there is far more enjoyable. You’re welcomed with a smile, the staff seem happy to see you, and that simple human connection makes all the difference.

At the end of the day, coffee is coffee, but what makes an outing memorable is how you are treated. The price here set my expectations high, but the lack of service left me disappointed. VERY Nice bakery cafe with lots of variety to choose from. We only wanted coffee and a snack so just ordered cafe creme and croquet monsieur but walk away with full tummy. The sandwich is toasted just right. Salad is light and delightful and fries are very crispy. We even ate up all the rolls that came with our coffee. Later on sevenish in the evening we couldn’t help ourselves to come back and bought a baguette (amazingly a hot one!) a chocolate crossaint and an almond crossaint for evening desserts. And still went back for more croissants for breakfast! Their bread is so yummy no wonder there is always a queue out the door. I think we are hopelessly hooked. Love love love this bakery! From the moment we walked in, we were met with warm hospitality and outstanding service. Our group of six was greeted with kindness, and the staff went above and beyond to find us a comfortable spot so we could sit together as a family. Every detail was taken care of to make us feel truly welcomed.

The food? Absolutely incredible! Every dish was flavorful, beautifully presented, and exceeded our expectations. The service was just as impressive—attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making our experience memorable.
