The absolute best restaurant in Paris. It is a gem we were lucky to find. Let me tell you a story. It was about 18h00 and we thought about having a light dinner at the bakery. We thought we'd go there, get a sandwich or something, try out some of the parisian delicacies and go back to our room. However, at the bakery, they waved us off as soon as it was clear we were tourists. They told us to go to Stella, a few dozen meters away. We saw Stella's menu and decided it wasn't a "light dinner", so we took a stroll. We did not walk very far until we found Lucia. It was still closed (about 18h30 at this point) and it is an italian restaurant, which wasn't exactly what we were looking for, but after a day of walking around, we figured we'd wait and try. I believe they let us in a few minutes before opening time. The interior is very cozy and we were very warmly welcomed. We sat by the window, the most romantic place in the house. Perfect, as we were in our honeymoon. Three ladies sat on the table next to us and ordered drinks. I asked what they were and both the ladies and staff were very nice and explained. We ordered the same drink. We got little bread sticks as we waited for the food. We asked for food recommendations and got the mushroom risotto and citron pasta. Both amazing. Both al dente, just the way I like them. I couldn't help myself and ate way too much. For dessert, Nicola (I hope I got the name right) recommended citron tart to share, in what is now one of the best memories of that trip. He did not push the most expensive item or try to sell more. One citron tart for both of us. He read the room and knew what to do. Absolutely delightful. We went back two more times after that. Every time, perfect service, perfect food. If I go back to Paris, I'll run there before any other place. The Eiffel Tower is nice, the arcs, the museums, etc. All very nice. But Lucia is where...

Lucia Pizza and Pasta is a hidden gem in Paris! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing meal after exploring the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was prompt without feeling rushed.
We ordered the antipasto and the limone tagliatelle — both were outstanding. We also ordered a pizza to go! The pizza had that perfect wood-fired crust, and the pasta was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and put real care into every dish.
Bonus points for their house wine, which paired beautifully with the meal. Prices were very reasonable for the quality. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic Italian...
Read moreMy husband found this cozy pasta & pizza place in Paris on our first night in Paris. It has a great atmosphere, cozy, and decorated beautifully. There was no one in the restaurants, the owners greeted us at the door, chatting with a local. A husband and wife team, the husband is the chef and the wife is the hostess.
We had a lovely meal, delicious food, great friendly service, highly recommended, by the time we finished our meal the restaurant was full. Will definitely...
