The Row — Local services in Paris

Have been buying at this brand for many years until i got this experience at Paris the Row boutique. 11 am in the morning , there is practically No visitors at the store , nevertheless you are asked to stay outside to wait I do not know for what . 10 min later I was invited inside BUT they do not allow you in but JUST to sit down and wait for the assistant to come to you . So I waited for a couple of minutes and got up to see clothing part of the store when I was asked to go back to my seat .. 😳😳😳. What ??? Is this a museum or something ?! Who do you think you are to treat your loyal customers with such disrespect ?! My intention was to fulfill my collection with new bag but after this will definately stick to another brand...

11am on a Monday with practically no one inside, but they INSIST that you wait in a line outside for at least 15 minutes. Not to mention they’ll rip your head off if you take even 1 photo, God forbid I take a photo of something I’m spending thousands on. Its never that serious lol. Every location I’ve been to has been a terrible experience, they really need to improve their customer service before they go...

Would be nice if the store had the Margaux bags on display just to see how it would look in person. I went there twice just to see the bag and only got to see one size. Would be great to see it and understand the sizes and the feel of it, not necessarily to buy it but just to see it.
