I visited the louvre location of this office to purchase Loire valley tickets. After speaking to one of the customer agents, she told me I needed to book out online so I sat there and booked it. When finished, I asked her if she also supported Fly View, which is a VR experience in Paris. She confirmed they did but she was taking a call and put me onto a co worker. While I didn’t get this new person’s name, she was awful and rude as ever. I asked her to please call Fly View to see if they were still open and when the last booking was. She rudely replied “I cannot call, why can’t you call?” I explained I have a US phone and it would be expensive. Why can’t she call since she supports this company as one that she does business with (ie she sell their tickets). She said they don’t deal with Fly View and she cannot make a call as it costs her company money. Seriously? One - it does not cost extra for a business to make a local call as I am positive their business phone plan is not based on per call billing. Second - they do support this company so she should be calling so I could book with them or not. I had to argue with her and interrupt the other agent, who informed her, yes we do deal with that company. She then said oh sorry and called.

This behavior is unacceptable. I had just finished spending eur 300 at your company and this is a company you deal with. Even if it wasn’t, making a call to help a tourist (when you are a tour agent) seems like the helpful thing to do. She had no right being so rude and arrogant to a customer. I will never give this company a cent...

We paid extra money so that we could go as a small group of 8 people to Mont St Michel on 8/20/18, and were promised that it is in ENGLISH and GUIDED TOUR. Well, it NEVER happened!! I think our guide called Alex. He is very nice but struggles in English from time to time, and even in French, but speaks very well Spanish. There were 4 people only speak English, 2 speak French, and 2 other speak Spanish. The 2 Spanish speakers sat on front seats and the guide ended up speaking Spanish all the time to the couples. Once a while, he spoke English and Spanish to us but only to tell us where we were going, when to stop by, where to wait for him... NOTHING AT ALL talking about St. Michel... which is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT to all of us since that's what we paid for.. well he might have done it but in Spanish to the Spanish speaker couples!? After we arrived in Mont St. Michel, again just told us where to meet him, asked us to go by ourselves to cider tasting at 3:30pm, and then walked up to the Abby. Once at the Abby, he couldn't get a tour guide for us nor audioguide, so he just handed us a brochure and asked us to walk the Abby by ourselves, so NO GUIDED TOUR AT ALL!! We were so mad but there's nothing else we could do... we basically just walked around our own without knowing much about the history or anything... We did enjoy the place and view very much, and found a great restaurant for lunch. Overall, it was a bad experience and we do not recommend this tour or even...

I booked online and everything went smooth, I get the skip the line ticket and pay extra for pick up at my hotel ...But! The instructions said be ready at 7:15 to pick up, I was ready and nobody shows up so I call the agency and they said it will be little late but they will pick me up a private car ( they couldn’t provide me with description), after waiting for 15 min I suddenly got a txt my ride was cancel, not even a call! !! So I called and ask what happened and they only said driver cancel :/ at that point I just got an Uber of course when I got there I ask for my refund ( because Paid extra for pick up) they did and I was told will take 5 to 8 days. Then we all get in the bus to leave (15 min late) once we get there we wait soooo long to enter, guide very unorganized with tickets and people, once we were inside ready for our audios he have to go a outside because a mix up with tickets and we ended enter to the museum about at almost 11:00 !!! All other grops just pass us ahead !! We paid for the full day but other people have to leave by 12 !!! Just leaving then one hours to explore the place which was ridiculous.

And to finish by the end of the day we were told meet outside before 5:45 because the bus will leave by that time as schedule, we all meet at that point and we have to wait for the bus to come until 6, we were freezing and the last people to leave the place!!!! Very very unorganized an unprofessional. My trip was to...

We went on three different trips with them, a coincidence that we ended up with the same driver all 3 times (we were told they have 10 drivers). Nicolas was amazing, very friendly and very skilled driver, specially in the madhouse streets of Paris. He provided bits of information on some of the locations we would pass by on our way to our destination and we were always picked up on time. And he speaks French, Spanish and English. I think most of their drivers speak all 3 languages. This is actually my second time taking a trip with them. Last time it was to Mont St Michel, and it was great. This time we went to Vigerny - Monet’s house, Loire Valley Castles, Mont St Michel. Totally worth it. I think next time we come over we might do Burges and Champagne. I don’t know why the bad reviews on the trips close to Paris though, all my trips were outside since those are the hardest places to get to on your own. Just want to say if you want to see some amazing locations outside of Paris, and don’t want the hassle of renting a car or trying to get there on your own, this is the place for you. 10/10.

Very satisfied with France Tourisme. Booked tour before going to France and arranged to be picked up from hotel then driven to coach departure location. Made it far more pleasant getting there, worth the extra cost. Our coach tour, in a luxury coach, was about an hour an half each way. Tour guide was knowledge and provided information enroute. Bilingual; France, Spanish, and English. At the venue informed the group the best vantage points. Would use France Tourisme again.

Had a wonderful time in Giverny at Monet’s garden and house. Felipe was the guide for our group and shared his wonderful art knowledge, history of the town, fun facts about Monet, and made the experience perfect and personal. He was extremely patient with our group and understanding. Highly recommend Tourism France Giverny and Felipe as the guide!
