Urban Outfitters — Local services in Paris

I just got out of the store in Paris, the people were extremely rude. Never had the worst customer experience in my life. I asked the woman at the changing cabines for a smaller size in some of the items that I had. She told me to go get it myself, no joke it’s what she actually said. The thing is that if I actually want to get in them myself I would lose my place in the changing cabinets. She said that she couldn’t do anything about it because there was a line waiting but then if I did that I would have to wait all of it again. When I was leaving she also very rudely asked me to do her job made me hang all of the clothes myself!!! Extremely rude and disrespectful both to me as a customer and to my time as an individual. Additionally, even though there were many free cabinets the staff were letting people in wayyy too slowly, they were the only reason why there was a line in the first place. I hope that I’m the future the company will read and take into consideration my concerns because now after this awful experience I will never, NEVER go back to this store and I never want to shop there again. The lady at the cashier when I check out is super mean and super rude, her name is Kaddy. So they supposed to have seasonal sale discount for members, and I asked her can I register right now at the cashier, she said I can’t, but my friend next to me, she can register right at the cashier, fortunately, I realized I already have my account registered before, and when she scaned all the products, and asked me to pay a total amount of 182€60, after I paid, I found out there is one piece she forgot to apply Discount, and I go back to ask, she said the one I chose do not have Discount, and I asked the cashier next to her, and he said he can refund me €16, why the same shop like I was treated so differently? Very unpleasant experience. At the exit, the security guard stopped us, spoke only in French (although we explained we didn't understand), gestured for us to open our bags, and without permission put his hands inside to search.
