What should I start with? This is not supposed to be a restaurant. It's my first time in Paris and my first impression of France was terrible because of this restaurant.
I'm a person of color. When I visited restraunt I was speaking in my own language, not English, French, Italian, etc. Because I was with a my mom. And when we walked in, the clerk set us up in the front corner of the bathroom. There were lots of empty spaces in the store, but there were only people of color around the table I was assigned and only white people sitting by the store window.
Please don't tell me you don't understand what this means. About placing only people of color in front of the restroom inside the restaurant. I'll never forget the moment when I asked, "Is this the only place we can sit?" and your clerk said, "yes."
It's upsetting that I didn't ask for the clerk's name. But I know the exact time. Around 12:00 on September 7, 2024. A woman with a bright smile. Long hair. Congratulations. It became a representative first impression of Paris, France.
I met table customers of color who were dining at the same time on the street, and they all felt uncomfortable in this restaurant. Is this a coincidence? I don't know what to say. We pray that these feelings of injustice face you and the person you love. If you want a small serving at my price, visit this restaurant. It comes with a photo of the review and a small piece of meat. Does the 4.5-star restaurant in Paris, the capital of France, serve a "different" and "small" meal from the picture on the menu? Let's hope many people know this.
The picture I posted never a lie. Congratulations if you got a big piece of meat. You're free from discrimination. But if you're smart, you will notice that I received discrimination.
Be nice. It was my first time in Paris, France, with my mother, who raised me alone, the most I love and respect. I resent the loss of our precious time because of your narrow-mindedness.
I swear, I have never written a review like this in my life. However, I want everyone to know about this restaurant that has caused my family a sad time.
Is there a being you love? Please imagine. What if the loving being had to be in the dark in spite of a bright place? What if the loving being had no choice but to receive a small amount of meat in spite of his fair payment? What if a loving being says it's wrong to be born that way and resents and grieves for itself? You can understand how I feel.
Be smart. I'm writing for the public good because many people are worried that this restaurant is in front of the world-class Louvre Museum and will go without knowing the malice of the restaurant.
If you want to give time and money to such a horrible, horrible restaurant, I won't stop you. But if you're a wise person, I'm sure you'll make a wise choice, because the world I've seen is full of goodwill, justice and equality.

Read moreI'm glad that I have found this restaurant randomly. It is really a unknown treasure hidden by the other bigger and more famous restaurants. The moment I stepped into it, somehow I just felt home. It has a homely, comfortable feel to it, despite the small size and closely arranged tables. Everything on the menu was tempting. Two persons and we ordered one onion soup each, a bone marrow to share, another 6pcs of snails and one mains each. I have to mention the bone marrow, it was really huge respect costing only 15 euros. Come in two pieces and each is longer than my palm. I had a steak, it was slightly above average but I was more delighted over the side dish of potato gratin. The duck breasts with honey sauce was claimed by my partner being the best duck dish she had. I guarantee you won't be disappointed by the food here! As for service, the floor is ran by a couple. The middle aged man (probably the owner?) is jovial and welcoming. The other lady spoke simple English and takes a few repeats to complete my order. Overall, the service is...
Read moreAt first we were greeted kindly, but when we ordered several soups, the waiter seemed offended by us (because we hadn’t ordered enough) and began to act dismissively towards us. He stopped smiling and pointedly took our water and glasses (all other guests were provided with free water). He complained loudly to the other waiters that we only ordered a few soups and coffee. It is worth saying that the other waitresses behaved more friendly. It was very unpleasant; I have never seen such boorish behavior on the part of a waiter. This was the first restaurant we visited in Paris and this attitude greatly spoiled the first impression. I have never met such a rude waiter, so I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I also don’t recommend the onion soup in this place. Water with bread, where there was almost no onion. it didn't taste good, so we didn't finish it. Later, other restaurants found much more delicious onion soup. I do not recommend anyone to go...
