Chez Ming — Restaurant in Paris

Before going to Paris, I was so happy to wanna choose this restaurant on my itinerary for dinner, because this restaurant have a nice view to sit outside and have my taste. But apparently I got very dissatisfied experience here. when I came I asked the young women waitress for 2 person, and the waitress told me the place to sit it's in inside. I know in outside was full, and I asked that young waitress "Halo if there is empty outside can I move there" and the she answered "No outside". She even answered without said "sorry", but I still don't mind with that. And then I see there is empty table outside , and I asked the old guy who stand outside If I can sit there, and he said "no outside " I was confused, and then he explained because at 21.30 they are going to clear outside. Ok I understand and just sit inside. we're finished the first meal and ordered again the second portion, while enjoying the food, I saw there is new costumer coming and asked to sit outside for 2 person, I heard the waitress also said "No outside" but then I saw the new customer can sit outside in the right side. I feel it's really not fair. I been coming first and asked if there is empty spot outside to tell me then I can move outside, but they don't care with my request, and just let other peoples else who can sit outside. And then the old guy said to me "left 21.30 no outside, understand? you asked was full ". I know he cannot speak good English, but he really not nice, not friendly to costumer for explaining about it, and even not said sorry. I was asked before anyone else that I have interest wanna sit outside, I'll be very happy if they can offer me to move outside when there is empty spot in the right side, before anyone else. I feel really disappointed with the service, the food was fine but feel not worth it. No matter how good the food if the service it's not nice, then it's nothing. If My experience was excellent, I would like to come again to this restaurant when come to Paris. But unfortunately not again. when I left this restaurants I see there is still many more nicer restaurant with good costumer service which is still neighbours with this restaurant and also same have nice spot with Eiffel Tower view. Even i saw in other restaurants the waitress not mind to take pictures of customers and so friendly. Just regretting choose...

Bonjour, my name is Vikrant and my family and I are from USA, and we are Indian origins. We visited this restaurant for dinner. At first, we decided to go to an Italian restaurant but we figured that we ate that all week so we decided to get some Chinese food. We entered the restaurant and asked the old man waiter if we could sit outside. So then he said, “why do you want to sit outside? It is going to rain.” We told him that the heater was on too high and outside felt better. He walked away really furiously and the nice lady waiter welcomed us and gave us the menu to order the food. We ordered the food, and as we were eating it we saw more customers walk into the restaurant, and when they asked the old man waiter if they could sit outside, he said “sure there is a seat available right here.” And these customers didn’t come any later than 5 minutes after us. He also didn’t mention to the customers that rain was going to start. So, as we finished eating, my dad asked the old man waiter if we could have the check. He didn’t respond. My dad tried asking again, He didn’t respond. So we realized that if we tried to ask him again he probably wouldn’t respond. So we asked the nice lady waitress if we could have the check and she responded unlike the old man waiter. He was really rude to us and provided an unsettling mood. The food was great, and the view of the Eiffel Tower was awesome too. But the service? I think this old man waiter has to get a new job. At the end, he probably acted like this because of my family and I’s race. We definitely would not recommend this restaurant. Instead go to the Italian restaurant right next to this one. It’s called II...

Sat down for dinner here outside on our honeymoon and for our last night in Paris for the nice view. That was where the good experience ended… from the minute we sat down we were rushed to order, after saying we would like an extra few minutes the staff member stormed off with an attitude without saying a word. We ordered Menu A which was an entree, main and dessert. Entree and mains came out within 5 mins which makes you wonder if the food was made fresh. We had within 5 mins of ordering 2 entrees, 2 mains plus rice and noodle side dishes. This is baffling to me because the food got cold before we were even half way through eating. I would somewhat understand if it was busy, but we were one of only 2 couples seated outside at the time. The food also looked like it was slapped together and was barely eatable. We asked for dessert to come 10 mins after they cleared the plates so we could digest. They said okay and then proceeded to bring dessert 2 mins later… We came here because we heard it had nice food and an exceptional view. It has a nice view but that’s where the good stops. We spent over 70 euro only to be rushed out within 45 mins. Unfortunately the worst experience we’ve had in Paris, won’t ever return to Chez Ming no matter how good...
