I purchased a sneaker and a sandale from Galeria onlen shop. They sent me the Sandale in wrong size. I sent them an email and they apologized and asked me to return the Sandale and look for a new one. At the same time, i bought a sneaker, and then they sent me again a wrong size. I returned it in Galeria Köln and the staff in the shop said they are not responsible for customer care! They can only send it back. I wrote an email and told them this is the second time. They apologized again and said please try again and if the price has been changed, we would compensate the difference. I purchased again the same sneaker in size 37.5 and they again sent me size 40!!!!! I told them this was a gift for my sister and I couldn’t not only give her the gift ontime, her favorite sneaker in 37.5 was not available anymore. They again apologized with an email. Oh my Good God, It’s summer/ hot my daughter went into this Galeria Kaufhof Neumarkt wir her Kelvin klein bra & jacket . No tshirt on ( girls trendy nowadays) guess what When my daughter was coming out of the store one of the watchman followed her & said the Calvin Klein bra she had on was from the store.
