I went here last night with a group of four including myself. This experience was far from positive. To begin, we bought a “skip the line voucher” and upon arrival, the hostess’s did not have us in the system. We were still able to dine there via the managers approval. It took close to 20 minutes for us to get our drinks once we ordered. We then ordered appetizers which one of the people at our table was forgotten about so he brought it to the waitress’s attention once the three rest of us got our food and she acted surprised and said she only took three orders at a table of four. Next, when the manager came to our table to verify the voucher (not sure why, again) it was printed in German and he proceeded to say he doesn’t not speak German although he manages a restaurant in Germany. The final incident was when we received our food, the menu had stated that the salmon comes with chipotle sauce so when the plate lacked the sauce we asked the waitress and she said the menu is subject to change. The food and drinks were okay otherwise, but the service and experience was extremely subpar. Being an American and being familiar with the usual atmosphere at American restaurants, The Hard Rock Cafe lacked many things you would expect out of a so called American restaurant or eatery in general.
