Marian Boutique — Local services in Kerala

We were just at the store,15th may. We got out by 5:30, very poor behaviour from the staff especially from the “stores manager” who wasn’t even bothered to give a bit of her attention towards the problem.My mother and my brother went to centre in the top floor while me and my younger brother went to their boutique, the security made a big fuss about the car parking and told me that we couldn’t just simply sit at the store without buying in a very sarcastic way.. as if we were dumb enough to just simply sit at the store as he claims..the most unacceptable part was that the stores manager and half of the staff saw the behaviour of the security and was uninterested to address him. We actually bought two sets of kurta…and i did tell the chechi that i wanna speak to the stores manager but she was kind enough to ask me the problem.I wanted to speak to manager she wasn’t even aware of the customers in the shop, so why would i waste a hint of my energy on a shop where I wouldn’t visit again or recommend to people.

I’m a business administration student and it’s very disappointing to see that a shop which occupies alot of space in the main centre of mg road has very poor customer service and zero attention towards...

Today I came to this boutique to buy a dress, but I had a very bad experience. The staff’s behavior towards customers is extremely bad,they were not at all interested in showing the materials. I had very serious and insulting statement and gestures from the staff.Because of the rude behavior of the staff, it feels sad that such a good boutique is getting a negative image. This is the second time I am having such a bad experience from the staff here. Even when I ask about dresses, the staff are unwilling to show or explain properly, they just avoid. If I knew the names, I would definitely mention them, because the owner should know this. If such people are working in their establishment, it’s important to take steps to change that. When I was leaving, the staff were laughing happily, which made me feel really hurt. Such staff are definitely a disadvantage to an establishment. Kindly take this...

We planned to visit this store seeing the videos uploaded on Social media. I’m sure they have very nice collection but the staff is not much compromising. We tried to find something we like by trying it on but after showing few pieces they wanted to wrap up. They were actually hesitant to show more. I thought it’s my feeling but we heard 2-3 staffs badmouthing about the other customer was in the trial room that they old try but never buy. We felt they will also do some talking about us too. So we just bought an item and left. If the owner is seeing this, please do something to save your good...
