Acai Queen — Restaurant in Bali

Acai Queen is the place where I fell in love with Acai Bowl. Until then, I had never ordered one because it seemed to me like a mix of powders, granola (which I don't eat), and loads of sugar. However, I decided to give it a try at Acai Queen, and OMG! It was simply amazing! Ever since then, I've been wanting to go to Acai Queen every day.

First, you choose the size, and of course, I always went for the largest one ;). Then, you select the toppings. The entire bowl is beautifully presented. The fruits, of which there are plenty to choose from, are in the form of little balls, which looks gorgeous. The service is excellent. The girls are extremely friendly. After finishing the Acai Bowl, the girls bring water and two chocolates as a dessert. The place is also very nicely decorated. If I ever go back to Bali, it will be to have an Acai Bowl at Acai Queen!...

Acai Queen in Ubud is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the cozy and vibrant atmosphere sets the tone for an amazing experience. Their açaí bowls are hands down the best I've had.

The bowls are beautifully presented, with fresh, high-quality fruits and generous portions of toppings like granola, coconut flakes, and chia seeds. You can tell they put a lot of care into each bowl. I opted for their signature bowl, and it was a perfect balance of flavors and textures—refreshing, satisfying, and healthy.

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to make recommendations or customize your order. The service is quick, yet they never compromise on quality.

If you're in Ubud and looking for a spot that serves delicious, nutritious food, Acai Queen is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back the next time...

The intention is lovely and the staff are truly kind and sweet, but I’m sharing this review just to help fellow açaí lovers avoid a possible disappointment.

Unfortunately, the açaí here doesn’t taste like real açaí at all. It has a very odd flavor, and in my opinion, it seems to be heavily diluted with apple juice. I found it quite unpleasant, even though the toppings were fun in concept, the ones we tried weren’t very tasty either.

Of course, this is just my personal experience and taste. I’m sure others might enjoy it differently.
