Domino's Pizza - Sligo — Local services in County Sligo

I recently ordered from Domino’s Sligo and was very disappointed with both the quality of the food and the customer service. I ordered a Pepperoni Passion pizza, but what I received had barely any cheese. When I called to raise the issue, I spoke with a female manager who insisted that the pizza was made correctly. After a long discussion, she agreed to send a replacement — but unfortunately, the second pizza was even worse than the first.

For a place that charges premium prices, I expected much better quality and service. Sadly, my experience was far from what I would expect from Domino’s. If you’re craving a proper pizza, I would recommend...

Don’t bother ordering if you’re coeliac. I went in person and was told I had to order online while standing in the store just because it was a gluten-free order – apparently it’s company policy. Fine.

But then they didn’t have the fries I’d ordered and swapped them for wedges. I asked if the wedges were gluten free and was told yes…

Luckily, I double-checked the allergen info – they’re not.

Clearly no proper allergen training, and tbh, if they can’t get that right, I don’t trust that my GF pizza wasn’t rolled in flour. Binned...

Called to get delivery 20 minutes prior to the place closing, the gentleman told me it's too late to order and they wouldn't take my order. Accidentally called a dominos near by that didn't deliver to Sligo first that would deliver just not to Sligo and told me to call here. Don't trust their hours, rude customer service!!!
