I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rob's Ranch House, and I must say that my experience was absolutely captivating. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was transported into a world reminiscent of the greatest Westerns—a cowboy-themed haven in the heart of the Wild West. The attention to detail was simply remarkable, with authentic decor elements that made me feel like I had been transported to another era. For my meal, I opted for one of the burgers on the menu. From the first bite, I knew I was in the presence of a culinary masterpiece. The burger was perfectly prepared, with fresh and soft buns, juicy and flavorful meat, and carefully chosen toppings. Each ingredient harmoniously came together, creating an explosion of flavors in my mouth. I was also pleasantly surprised by the generous portions. The burger was hearty and satisfying, making it a true feast. The service at Rob's Ranch House was impeccable. The staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They were ready to answer any questions I had and provide recommendations tailored to my preferences. Their enthusiasm for their work shone through in every interaction, contributing to a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. As for the ambiance, Rob's Ranch House successfully recreated the Wild West atmosphere. The restaurant truly captured the essence of a cowboy ranch, from vintage posters to decor elements reminiscent of the cowboy era. It felt like stepping into a movie set, and I found myself fully immersed in the experience. In conclusion, Rob's Ranch House is a hidden gem for burger lovers and enthusiasts of the Wild West ambiance. With its delectable burgers, impeccable service, and breathtaking atmosphere, it offers more than just a dining experience—it offers a culinary and sensory journey through the Wild West. If you're a fan of the Old West and great food, this is an experience not to be missed.

Staff were very friendly but the food was very disappointing. Portions were big but the quality of the food was on par with frozen food. Would not recommend this place for food. Cheesy, stereotypical American interior design with little American food. Edit: My partner and I are American/Italian. Even if you weren't you'd know what bland food is like. The pizza dough was tough and almost scone-like dry. The sauce had no flavour and it resulted me in using most of the sweet chilli to enjoy it. We ate what we could to be full but that was the first time I left without finishing the plate. No asked how the food was at the end, and even so I didn't want more of it.

After placing an order we were served our drinks and good few minutes later we were told there's no vegetarian burgers left. The garlic bread (although very tasty) was cheaper on a vegetarian side of the menu yet we were told to pay the higher amount due to the "mistake in printing". The mentioned burgers were finally magically "found" and served to us but were completely dry and tasteless. We were forced to salt it like chips... Vegetarians don't eat meat but it doesn't mean they don't use spices! Oh and the poor side salads that are absolute joke. Slices of onion with bits of soggy lettuce and 3 pieces of peppers. Very disappointed.

I love the food here. I've never ordered anything that I didn't completely enjoy. The primary issue that I've eating there lately is the spectacular amount of wasted paper that is used here. Each person is given a menu that is roughly the size of 2 A4 sheets for you to put an 'x' in the box next the item that you want, meaning that these menus are no longer reusable.

I understand that they may have needed to change the menu style due to COVID, but it doesn't really eliminate any contact as the person has to give you the page and a pen (that was either used by someone else, or is also disposable), then you use and then give it to another waiter once you enter your order. This waiter then brings plates of food to other people and hand other menus to other customers.

This waste could easily be minimised by having one menu per table, but the menus are always given per person, so a table of 4 would be given 4 giant, single use printouts, rather than people simply writing the number of items in the box.

Another solution would be to have a QR code on the table that brings the customer to a menu done up on their Facebook page or something and then the waiter would take the order as normal on a notepad. That way, they wouldn't have to pay for constantly printing menus, and there would be no contact at all.

Sitting in a booth and seeing all of these menus being brought to tables really makes me uncomfortable eating in...

Food was nice but arrived just about warm . and place was so so cold we were not sitting near the door when we were paying I said to the the girl it was so cold we didn’t take off our jackets her reply was . I can’t control the weather outside .. I said we were sitting inside . She just ignored me . Pity as food was tasty and great portions just not hot enough There was a lot of elderly people inside ., all had their coats on too We were on the clock so didn’t ask for new hot food . But I think at this stage of the game and for the price of food it should just be something that’s standard( just to add ) I wish I had of read reviews before going and the owners response to the reviews . Basically if customers speak out his replies are not of someone listening to things he could work on it’s just a negative response . Filling out a sheet of paper ticking off what you want but when waitress comes you gotta explain anyway is...
