An unacceptable experience at Jo Malone Florence! Our visit quickly turned into an unpleasant experience due to the totally unprofessional attitude of two Italian employees. On December 22, 14:50 p.m. we were greeted by a combination of obvious boredom, short and cutting answers and a total lack of interest. When we asked about possible discounts or promotions, they gave us dry and almost annoyed answers. The contrast between their behavior and that of the other two sellers, a gentleman and a lady of Asian origin, was shocking. The latter were extremely kind, friendly and eager to help us, trying to create a pleasant experience, but their efforts were completely undone by the attitude of the Italian women. Even after we decided to buy the perfume, the two Italian employees continued to be passive aggressive, amplifying the feeling of discomfort. It is unacceptable that in a store that represents a luxury brand there is such a lack of respect and professionalism.
