KIKO Milano — Local services in Florence

This one girl (can’t remember her name) working as a cashier was super rude and had a terrible attitude. This happened on the 21.08.2025 around 12pm. So I bought 6-7 products and the total was 36,52€. I gave her 50€ and was trying to give her 0.52€ to make her life easier and return the rest of the change in banknotes. She didn’t know how to do basic maths. She even called one colleague of hers and basically told him “please deal with this lady”. I checked her and said “watch your attitude”. She continued cursing me out in Italian. If you don’t speak English, that’s fine. But don’t think people can’t understand you. Her body language and angry facial expressions...

First time i went to kiko milano and it was a bad experience with the cashier. She was very unprofessional by giving faces while scanning the items and gave me a almost half torn 10euro. When i ask for a change she said she got no other notes not even 5euro seriously theres like 4 counter no other notes.?i have to ask her to check with the other cashier next to her then she gave me a new 10euro note. And they were blabbering in their own laguage. To the cashier not sure if you are just being racist or simply just hated your job should just quit. Im sure this has to be the same person pple wrote bad...
