We had wonderful service from one of the younger staff members when we purchased a belt, and she also embossed my brother's initials, which was a lovely touch. 2 days later we went back to buy another belt for my nephew and to have it embossed as well. Another younger staff member who was at the other branch remembered us and said welcome back which was soo lovely! However when we asked to have the belt engraved from the older lady staff she just said no, and the other older blonde lady staff just said "no, not today, no, not here not this shop. Not on belt!" It was very very very rude. We mentioned that we were here 2 days ago and had it done. I noticed the younger staff seemed like she was fighting for us but the old lady didn't give in. So we left. The treatment from the older ladies was incredibly unpleasant. The younger staff were the best though, we really wanted to buy from her as she was soo nice! The old ones were just terrible. I even stood to the side to be out of the way and the old blonde lady bumped into me and started complaining or saying something in a rude tone in italian.... 😒 If it wasn't for the 2 younger staff members I would have given 0 stars

EDIT: We decided to go to the other branch, as we arrived the staff were about to go their lunch and the staff who served us in this store (Sofia) told us to come back in 30mins which we were willing to but she remembered us and let us go inside to purchase the belt and embossed. She was absolutely amazing! and we felt bad that we kept her away from her lunch break but also very grateful for her amazing service. We would love to be served by her again. Thank...

There are 2 stores in Roma, yesterday we bought a few lovely leather products in the store near Fontana di Trevi .And today we wanna buy more leather coin purse. Unfortunately the colour I wanted was sold out. The lady there was very helpful to contact the branch, where its available. Then we went to the other shop near Piazza Navona. The old lady of Store No.2 treated us with a Poker face, that's acceptable considering such a hot day. But what made me pissed off was after I paid she just said a certain word which I didn't understand. She repeated it twice, and the third time she suddenly moved close to my face, about 20cm and repeated a third time irritably. Then she waved her hand angrily, which obviously means she completely lost her patience...That made me soso awkward...well, English ist not my mother tongue, it's quite normal when one or two words I didn't get... and finally she pointed to a note on the wall, then I got it immediately...Initials... I don't understand, as a salesperson, is it not your responsibility and profession to make customers understand what you are expressing. Should customers who buy your products be treated so rudely? Why can't you just point the note on the wall or Just show me one piece with initials when the first time I didn't get it. That would be more effective and make both of...

Terrible service. Came in to get engraved wallets as gifts for my family and I walked over to the stand with all the wallets and started browsing looking to see my options. First I noticed the staff was rude to another customer for making a mistake with her purchase and wanted to see if they could add something, however they were rude to her. I didn’t mind it and then I saw there were wallets on the side in the open that other customers were also looking at and then when I started browsing through them one staff member came over and told me that those wallets cost 3 times as much as the ones I was browsing just earlier but I wasn’t interested in getting those so I kept looking in the “expensive” section. After looking at a wallet and putting it back in its section he came over again and was extremely rude and said he doesn’t want me to ruin the wallets by touching them even though I was just browsing to see if the wallets were good enough 😭😭. I felt disrespected so I said don’t worry about the price little bro and I went over to Leather Craftsman which is a similar store down the road and spent a band at their store as gifts for my family and I enjoyed their collection much better and much better service as well. I heavily recommend their store instead!!! Do not go to La Sella if you are not from Rome,...
