My experience with Faidra Hanna has been nothing short of outstanding. I purchased a gorgeous bracelet which needed sizing. It was delivered in a timely manner and the perfect size. I loved it so much I kept it on for a year and a half- at which point I noticed it needed to be repaired. From my first phone call with Amber to receiving it today- I was always assured that I would be taken care of. They replaced part of the bracelet and said that I should continue to wear it as much as I want. I was told if anything else came up they’d make it right - again!

We stumbled upon this lovely boutique by accident. Walking past it, a number of sparkly baubles caught my eye and so we went in to take a closer look. As beautiful as the items in the window are, the truly special pieces are inside. We ended up leaving Faidra Hanna with a pair or earrings and a pendant, both of which I will treasure.

Just had an awful experience outside of this shop after looking at engagements rings for myself, after standing outside and deciding where to go next in a public space first the shop assistance and then the owner came out to move us on. Her behaviour was totally inappropriate making racist comments to both myself and my partner about being American of which we are neither and then shouting for us to move away.
