TEREIBLE EXPERIENCE - RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE
I recently visited this ice cream shop in Venice, and I was absolutely shocked by how I was treated. After purchasing my ice cream, I went inside to enjoy it, but to my surprise, I was promptly told to leave. It seems they don’t allow customers to eat inside, which is absurd considering I just bought the ice cream there.
The way they treated me, a paying customer, was extremely disrespectful. I bring income to their business, yet they treated me like a nuisance. This behavior shows a complete lack of decency and respect for their customers.
I didn’t bother arguing because I was in a rush, but I strongly recommend all tourists to avoid this place. Our dignity and self-respect are important and should not be diminished just because of a meal we've paid for.
This kind of rude and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I never expected to encounter such an experience in a tourist city like Venice. Where is the civility...

I had a very disappointing experience at Mister Sandwich. The man who served me (a heavier-set guy) was rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question. After I bought a beer, he asked if I wanted it opened. Since this is my first time in Venice and I’m unfamiliar with local laws, I politely asked if it’s legal to drink on the street. Instead of giving a helpful answer, he replied in a condescending tone: “If it wasn’t allowed, why would I ask to open it?”
This kind of attitude is unacceptable — especially in a city that thrives on tourism. Tourists deserve to be treated with basic respect, not sarcasm. I recommend avoiding this place and spending your money elsewhere. Venice has plenty of kind, welcoming spots — this is not...
Read morePopped in to get a quick bite of breakfast. My woman had a vegetarian panini and I had a ham and toast sandwitch. They gave us the sandwithes from behind the display case. First of all they fried both without asking, which is weird. Secondly the ham sandwitch had a sour taste. When I told the cook that the ham is bad, he kind of didn't say anything and continued his work. Possibly because of insufficent English skills, but whatever it is normal in Italy. The server was nice at first but later he must have heard what I said nad gave us a cold shoulder. Definitely keep away from this place, in my opinion. At least from the products in the...
