温泉湯処 早雲 — Local services in Hakone

ホテルの宿泊者用の大浴場を日帰り温泉にも利用できるように開放しているだけに過ぎず、日帰り温泉施設としてのサービスを期待しすぎてはいけない。 箱根湯本を代表するホテルの大浴場であるからか、設備・サービス両面から見ても利用料が割高と感じざるを得ず、リピーターの獲得は難しいと思われる。その一方で休日でも利用者がそれ程多くなく、静かにゆっくり入浴するにはいい環境かもしれない。 屋内の浴場と露天風呂と、複数の浴槽があるが、泉質・湯の温度共に全ての風呂でほぼ同じである（ジェット風呂や泡風呂はある）。サウナは50℃程に抑えられた低温サウナであるため、サウナ後の身体を冷やすための水風呂は存在しない。湯あたりを防ぐための椅子やベンチはあるものの、5脚も無く、入浴者が多いと椅子やベンチが全て使用されてしまう可能性がある。 スタッフの接客対応は決してぞんざいというわけではないが、日帰り温泉を利用するための案内や注意事項の説明はほぼしない。入浴料にはタオルの貸し出しも含まれているが、事前にタオルを持っている場合の値引きは無い。前述の通り、浴場の施設は宿泊者に合わせているため、ロッカーは全て横置きで、ジャケットをかけるためのハンガーは無く、大きな荷物を収納するための大きさではない。このように、日帰り温泉施設としての大きな期待は出来ない要素がいくつかあることに注意されたい。 その一方で、入浴後の休憩室は素晴らしい。マッサージチェアだけでなく、リクライニング可能な椅子が10脚程あり、全て窓に向けて設置されているため、特に日中は木漏れ日を感じながら一休みすることが出来る。

The staff's customer service is by no means shabby, but they almost never give directions or explain precautions for using the one-day spa. The bathing fee includes towel rental, but there is no discount if you have your own towels in advance. As mentioned earlier, since the facilities in the bathhouse are geared toward overnight guests, all lockers are placed horizontally, have no hangers for hanging jackets, and are not large enough for storing large items. Thus, it should be noted that there are a few elements that do not lend themselves to great expectations for a day spa facility. On the other hand, the post-bathing lounge is wonderful. Is sad the Japanese still keeping tattooed people to get inside to the baths, is 2025 already…

Inside the bath are big and spacious but the use too much chemicals that you can smell and lose the sense os a hot spring baht.

Is one of the most pricey onsen around 2000 ¥ens per person.
