If possible, I would have rated 5 negative star.
I've been to Japan countless times but this is the very first time I experienced blatant dishonesty as a tourist.
Took my son there, but before that, we had a go at other centers with shooting games, they are either 500 yen for 7 shots, or 300 yen for 4 shots or similar. We got decent amount of prizes. Tiny toys or small packs of gum.
At this centre, there is a clear notice saying 500 yen for 7 shots, and I saw small plates with 7 bullets on them under their shelf.
Paid 500 yen, before the staff took up the plate from the shelf, I saw him discreetly removing one shot from the plate, then gave it to us and went on explaining how to shoot.
I counted in front of him about a missing bullet, then he, without the least sense of remorse, throwing one shot on the plate. This is outrageous and shameful. What could one shot get? A small pack of gum that costs less than like 50 yen? And what's the point of cheating a 6-year-old out of a pack of gum?
When my son shot down packs of candies, the staff, and some others, aren't friendly and just pushing the prizes on the table to us, I had the feeling of the staff brushing us off.
My son and I went to other centres but we didn't experience anything like this.
Tourists must beware of this unscrupulous shop and staff. This shop is a shame on...
Read morePoor service towards foreigners. When you play shooting game and got a shot on the item, the staff only gave an archery coupon to the customer and no prize for the winner. So disappointed and upset when playing in this shop. If there is a zero star for rating, I will definitely to rate it without...
