I came in at almost 7pm, it was last minute. The guard outside checked the time and then let me in. There was no clients. I was alone, all the SA stood behind the counters looking away, avoiding me. Then one of the staff, a guard or something, the one standing in front of the door asked me what I wanted. I said I was wanted to check the gold love bracelet. He looked around all the staffs looked away, then he told me to go to that SA. He was the oldest one in the store. Late 50s maybe. Doesn’t know any English. He showed me the bracelet, helped me to put it on. He was shaking, either scared to get it scratched or something. I look at it, then I told him I want it, not even 5 mins. He nodded and went into the back store. Then 2 other female SA came, young and beautiful, asked for my credit card and all that. Speaking English, good English. Made small talk, asking where I was from bla-bla-bla…
Maybe I am over thinking, I know I was dressed like a tourist, with a backpack, no fancy clothes or something. I came back from a hike. Probably looked poor, like I wasn’t there to buy anything. I had no water , no juice, no coffee. Nothing. For something over 1 million yen, I find this insulting.
The one in Tokyo was so much nicer. I only bought 2 cheap JUC rings, 400k maybe? I stayed there for over 1 hour, they gave me water and all. So if you want to come to this store, you better dress nice and carry your Chanel...
Read moreMy experience at Cartier Shinsaibashi Osaka surpassed all expectations. Purchasing my first Cartier watch was an absolute delight, thanks to the unparalleled service provided by Madoka-san. Her professionalism and warmth made the process seamless and enjoyable. Comparing this experience to my previous encounters elsewhere, notably in Kuala Lumpur, I must say the level of service was underwhelming in comparison. Cartier Shinsaibashi Osaka sets the bar high not only in terms of service but also in the quality of their timepieces. A heartfelt thank you to Madoka-san and the entire team for making this a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking exceptional service and...
Read moreMy girlfriend purchased a ring from Cartier and expected the cleaning kit to be included, as it usually is. However, she later realized it wasn’t in the bag. Turns out, they only provide it upon request—but no one even bothered to inform or offer it to her. Since she had already flown back home, she couldn’t return to ask for it, which made the experience even more frustrating.
Additionally, the staff’s attitude was disappointing. At one point, their expression noticeably changed, and the atmosphere became unwelcoming—hardly the level of service one expects from Cartier.
“ALWAYS REQUEST THE...
